Our theme for this week's challenge at My Sheri Craftsis sports. My in-laws are avid fans of the Crimson Tide, so I decided to make a card for them.
I cut the paperdoll at 3" using the Everyday Paperdolls Cricut cartridge. The football measures 6" and was embossed using the Cuttlebug Tiny Mosaic folder. I embossed the background using the Stars embossing folder. I used stickles to outline the football and the helmet. The letters were cut at 1", using font from the Old West cartridge. The metal "studs" were bought at Hobby Lobby. I pop-dotted the letters and the football player for added dimension.

More Halloween Cards
I made a couple more cards for Halloween; one of them is for (DH) Billy's aunt and the other one is for his Grandma. I used paper from Graphic 45's Hallowe'en in Wonderland. I used images from http://vintageholidaycrafts.com/category/halloween/.
This card measures 5"x7". The button is from Tim Holtz. Baker's twine and a beaded trim complete the look.
I used Prima flowers and buttons from Dress It Up for this A2 sized card.

Halloween Card For My Sheri Crafts
Whew! The little boy finally slept. :-)
Our theme for this week at My Sheri Crafts is "It's The Great Pumpkin!". Halloween is around the corner, so I decided to make a card for my Mother-In-Law. I used paper from Graphic 45's Hallowe'en in Wonderland paper pack. The clip art is from http://vintageholidaycrafts.com/category/halloween/. I used a border punch from Martha Stewart and black tulle to add a Gothic flair, but at the same time, I did not want it to look macabre, so I added the Prima flowers. I used black enamel accents for the flower centers and the "studs". The black pearl stick pin is from Maya Road.

DCWV's Garden Party Pages For A Mini
A while back, I angeled some mini pages for a swap at the Cricut Message Board. Every week had a theme and a challenge and I tried to follow them all to a T. :-) I used paper from DCWV's Garden Party paper pack, and I added paper from Prima and Anna Griffin for a couple of the pages. I sent the mini to Gwynne, who made the rest of the weeks and she also took care of the binding.
Diane's favorite colors are pink and blue. She loves butterflies and bling and I made sure she got plenty of them in this mini. Enjoy it all Diane! :-)
I bought the crystals, and flower sprays from Michael's. The book plate die cut was cut using a Tim Holtz die. The ticket is from Tim Holtz. Tammy gave me the flower.
The second week/pages is all about the word "smile" and the words associated with it. I cut the frame with a Spellbinders die and embossed the insert with a Cuttlebug folder. The flowers and skeleton leaves are from Recollections.
The other challenge is to feature an envelope. I made one to use as a pocket for a photomat and I added a couple more photomats inside the envelope. The border punch used is from Martha Stewart. The paper lace is from K&Co.
The theme for this week's pages was "Nature", and the challenge was to use border punches and a pocket. I used Martha Stewart punches for this page and used Spellbinders dies for the photomat in the next page.
"Friendship" is the theme for these pages. I chose a quote from Henry Ford. I made the frame using a Spellbinders die. The flowers are from Prima. Another challenge is to make pockets for tags, so I made tiered pockets for the tags.
The crystals in the next page are from Recollections. I folded a 4"x12" piece of double-sided cardstock in three and tied it on the side with a crinkle ribbon.
I tried to emphasize the designer paper for the back cover by adding a flower (thanks again Tammy!) and crystals. The lace is from Prima.

Design Team Call!!!
I have not posted any project for September, mainly because I had my baby...finally! I also took a sabbatical from my position on the Design Team for My Sheri Crafts. I felt that I needed to get used to the alien concept of motherhood.
I would like to take the chance however, to invite you talented ladies out there to apply at My Sheri Crafts. We have openings for the Design Team and we do look forward to having YOU as part of our creative family!
