We have a party atmosphere right now at My Sheri Crafts. We have just turned TWO!!! :-D Our theme is "colorful, kid-themed birthday". I decided to use my all-time favorite Create A Critter cartridge once again. The bear and balloon were cut at 2", and the sentiment is cut at 1 1/2". The gift measures 3". The squares were cut using Spellbinders. I decided to keep the embellishments and card simple since young kids like to focus more on colors and cuteness.
I used paper from Basic Grey and cardstock from Bazzill and Core'dinations. I added googly eyes, bling, inking and chalk to give the card more personality.

A Baby Boy's Easter Basket
Our projects at My Sheri Crafts this week is all about spring's pastel colors. Easter is coming soon, and I want to be well-prepared for it, considering that it's my little boys' first. I altered a $5 basket from WM using cuts from my Cricut cartidges. The Easter greetings was cut at 2" and the egg measures 4", both are from the Easter cartridge. The lamb, chick and bunny were all from the Create-A-Critter cartridge, and all three measure 2". The eggs that I used as a base were also from the Easter cartridge and were cut at 3".
For those who are curious as to what's inside the basket-- I have a chick and bunny Weebles, a book with the title "Where Are Baby's Easter Eggs", some soft balls (football, baseball and football), and a couple of toy attachment for the exersaucer.
I used paper from DCWV, Bazzill, Basic Grey and GCD Studios. I added some ink along the edges, chalk and googly eyes to give the cuties their own personalities.

St. Patrick's Day Easel Card For My Sheri Crafts
St. Patrick's Day is around the corner and this week's theme is all about celebrating Ireland's patron saint. The twist is to make an easel card incorporating the theme. My inspiration for this card was the crochet lace that Ireland is famous for.
I made a basic easel card base but for the main image, I made a frame using Spellbinders Eyelet Pendant. The tag and the lace borders were also cut using Spellbinders dies. The image and sentiment were from ATC Collection. The corners were punched using a Martha Stewart punch. I used Stickles and Viva Decor Pearl pens to embellish the card.
