Christmas in July

DT sister Sue challenged us with a Christmas in July theme this week and I would like to send her a virtual hug since Christmas is my favorite holiday and if it were up to me, I'd celebrate it everyday. Another requirement for the project is for it to have layers:-D
This picture was taken a couple of Christmases ago. I put on an identical Santa hat on the baby who was not too happy having his pic taken with Santa at his workshop. We had a good pic before the tears started falling.
I used paper from Webster's Pages from their Waiting For Santa paper pack. The paper was so beautiful and I felt that it would be a shame to cover it up, so I came up with this layout design with that in mind. I had hoarded that paper for four long years and I am not embarrassed to admit that. lol! The puffy damask stickers were given to me by Jeri, and the sentiment Believe" was cut from the Cricut Artbooking cartridge using Ruby Cardstock. I added some Sparkles Black Flourishes from Close To My Heart to make the layout more festive.

  1. Peachy I'll take that hug Thank You, I like Christmas too. I just wish I had more photos to scrap. This layout is just lovely and that wonderful paper did it come with santa in the balloon and the music sheet house? Great use of the flourish and title cut, you can imagine what it feels like if you could run your hand over it.
