I made this box for my husband's uncle. I had no template for it, so I just estimated the score lines. I used a 9x12 double-sided paper. I scored an inch vertically on both sides, then at 4", and 5" horizontally. I finished the box off with leftover paper, a piece of ribbon and a sticker that I pop dotted for added dimension.
